*- The Inception -*
In Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, there lived this beautiful couple called the Richards. They had just a son, Franklin by name. Mr. & Mrs. Richard were both medical personnel, and they did well in their profession.
The boy Franklin was born on a Sunny afternoon, in October 1889. Joy & Laughter flooded the home after the birth of the child. Congratulatory messages of all sort was coming from neighbours, friends and relatives.
Being medical professionals, Mr. & Mrs. Richard knew the value of good nutrition, they never took their nutrition lightly. They fed well as a family, and when the boy was grown enough, they taught him about good nutrition.
These are some of Mr. Richard’s statement that Franklin recounted...
“Boy, eating good food is not about what you have in your pocket, it’s about what you have in your head, what you know of good food.”
“Franklin, leave the junks! It will only make you into another junk.”
And his mum would say... “Dear son, stop crying for cookies and soda, you can’t eat them all the time, they are meant for refreshment, they can’t be part of our diet.”
Franklin kept growing as a smart, intelligent and handsome looking boy. He was doing well in school, at home and he was fun to be with. The truth is, he was the dream child of many families.
