Eat Well


Food matters. The subject of food is a very important one. Why? It seems to be the basis of life sustenance. 


Everyone of us are at different life angles. Occupying different positions and stands in life. Our various career fields intertwined, still connects us together as one human race. 


Amidst us are people who labour with all of their physical strength. Building muscles and carrying heavy items. Contesting physical strength to entertain crowds of people. Labourers, wrestlers, boxers and heavyweight champions. They all are maximizing the potential of the human muscular physiology. One thing that they must do; eat well. 


Likewise we have others who hardly engage their physical muscles. They appear in offices and mostly sited on a spot. Some have to walk around until the day is over. Others stand in front of a jury, and some a class full of students. The physical energy they exert is quite less and not so much compared to the heavyweight lifters. However, the thinking, the brooding, maximizing the mind's creativity, putting the brain to maximum productivity can make a great demand on the body's physiology. One thing that they must do; eat well. 


This is the thing for children to do, youths, adults and the aged likewise. The rule that applies slightly differs, but the summary of it all is that they must eat well. 


To summarize nutritional instructions for all age groups and classes of people across different races of life, in just one article can be quite difficult. 


If there's anything we all need to do, here is it; always take out time to study nutrition, the exact kind of nutrition your body requires. 


Eat well, your body is important to your achievements and fulfilment.
