A Story of Survival & Nutrition

Franklin found life quite difficult for a number of years. But he maintained his standards about life and about nutrition. This became to him a process for building up a strong positive mentality & attitude towards life. Though he became slimmer during the times, but the freshness of his skin was maintained. Neatness & Nutritional content were his priorities in diet.
September 1907, the strory began to change. Franklin met a modest & well-cultured guy who became his friend, his name was Benjamin J. Robert. Benjamin was a person who had the same values as Franklin, this which made their friendship bond become stronger.
They met in study classes, and also in isolated places to study as friends. Unknown to Franklin, Benjamin was from a wealthy home, neither did Benjamin know that Franklin was always coming to study classes from a slum in Pretoria.
With time, they knew each other closely, and this relationship was a great advantage for Franklin. He started meeting great people through Benjamin & his family. And he was highly favoured & marvelously helped.
Franklin eventually became a great & successful man. He became a popular & well respected politician in South Africa during his days.

Moral of the Story: If Franklin didn't maintain his nutritional & social values, his circumstance would have turned him to an unattractive person. And the friendship with Benjamin won't have been possible.
The story is but, a fiction, but hidden in it are fragments of realities.
The essence of diet in our physical & mental health can never be overemphasized.
