Milk is a white nutritious liquid secreted by mammals and used as food by human beings. Milk is very high in vitamins, minerals, quality animal protein, and healthy fats, it is also one of the best dietary sources of calcium. 

Most of the milk in the market today is fortified, or supplemented, with vitamin A and D. The milk foods include whole, low-fat, skim, and dried milk, cultured milk products (Yogurt), cheese, ice cream and ice milk.
