Good morning everyone...
Hope our night was splendid? Today I will shed light on how we can include healthy fat in our diet at home, so I'd urge us to patiently read.

 How do I include health fat in my diet at home:

1)cook and bake with liquid oil such as vegetable oil....
2) choose yogurt,fruit, unsalted nut and seed for snack consume less ready made cake ,ice cream.
3.Bake broil,steam,microwave, stir-fry foods more often than deep frying.
4. Use more vegetables and small amount of meat and cheese when making mixed dishes such as spaghetti.
5. Use nut or sesame oil instead of butter to add flavour to foods.
