Carrot is a deep orange edible root of the cultivated carrot plant eaten as a vegetable which is claimed to be the perfect health food. 

It is crunchy, tasty, and highly nutritious which is a good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants.

The health benefit of carrot are;

1. They helps to lower the risk of cancer because of the antioxidants present in it which help to fight off harmful radicals in the body.

2. It helps to lower the blood cholesterol level.

3. It helps to regulate blood sugar, insulin levels and support the digestive health.

4. They help keep the blood pressure in check and can help stay at a healthy weight and lower the chances of heart disease.
