Will be continuing from the list of foods causing allergy
Now,
About shellfish
Shellfish is among the most common food allergens. A shellfish allergy is different from an allergy to fish. Those who are allergic to shellfish do not necessarily have to avoid fish, and vice versa.
As egg allergy is to children so is shell fish to adult.
Swelling, itching or irritation of the mouth or throat, Hives, itchy rash or swelling of the skin, Nasal congestion, Headache, Difficulty breathing, Cramps, nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea .

Moving to fish allergy
This also occurs mostly in adult. Being allergic to fish doesn’t stop eating shellfish. While some allergists recommend that individuals with a fish allergy avoid eating all fish, it may be possible for someone allergic to one type of fish to safely eat other kinds.
Most symptoms of fish allergy include
Hives or a skin rash, Nausea, stomach cramps, indigestion, vomiting and/or diarrhea, Stuffy or runny nose and/or sneezing, Headaches, Asthma,

Advancing to peanut and tree nut,
Tree nut and peanut do go alongside. Allergists generally advise people who are allergic to tree nuts also to avoid peanuts because of the risk of cross-contact and cross-contamination between tree nuts and peanuts in food processing facilities. Children with peanut allergy are at greater risk for tree nut allergies. In fact, it applies to about 35% of those allergic to peanut.
There’s often confusion between peanuts and tree nuts. Peanuts are legumes, not nuts; still, between 25 and 40 percent of individuals who are allergic to peanuts also react to at least one tree nut, according to studies.
There symptoms include
Abdominal pain, cramps, nausea and vomiting, Diarrhea, Difficulty swallowing, Itching of the mouth, throat, eyes, skin or any other area, Nasal congestion or a runny nose, Nausea, Shortness of breath.

We'll be concluding this topic by expatiating on its effect
One of the major issue found with food allergy is that it effect varies; it can be simple, friendly or sometimes harder or severe. Most severe cases of food allergy is anaphylaxis

According to Wikipedia
Anaphylaxis is a serious allergic reaction that is rapid in onset and may cause death. It typically causes more than one of the following: an itchy rash, throat or tongue swelling, shortness of breath, vomiting, lightheadedness, and low blood pressure. These symptoms typically come on over minutes to hours.

Allergies are sometimes transmitted from one predecessor to successor. In families, it's not possible to predict whether or not a baby can inherit a parent’s allergic reaction or whether siblings will have an identical condition. Some research and analysis will counsel that the younger siblings of a baby with a peanut allergic reaction will be allergic to peanuts.

The cure to allergy is abstinence totally from the food causing the reaction. This might not be enough at times and in such cases, an allergist is needed (A doctor who specializes in treatment of allergy) to prescribe food to be taken in a balanced proportion.

And now, we have come to an end of the series. Thanks so much for following through.
