Food is naturally what is consumed by living organisms in order to continue existing. The process is called feeding.
Feeding occurs in all animals and plants (Biologically called Living Things).
Food impacts our health in a way that the food we eat gives our bodies the information and materials they need to function properly. If we don't get the right information, our metabolic processes suffer and our health declines. Also when we overeat and the body gets the wrong instructions we tend to become overweight and risk the development of diseases.
Food is sustenance, whatever you are wishing to do or to become, you need food to sustain it.
Food is not just food, the reason why some are deteriorating in fulfilling their goal is because of the inability to maximize the mental ability to revamp the goal to their desire, whereas improper nutrition (food) is the drawback.
It's known that glycogen - which stores energy - into glucose is used as fuel by cells. Around 25 percent of this glucose is used to power your brain alone, and the rest goes to powering muscle tissue and red blood cells.
Most times in life, things get boring without any substantial reason, at times being angry or frustrated is a combination of being hungry and irrationally angry, and it can result in you lashing out at the people you love the most. And it's all caused by your brain running out of the energy it needs to make good decisions.
If you desert food for a long time, what do you think will happen!
Death?
Let's examine the present situation of staying safe, the order by the government enforced the closure of all merchant industries but excluded the food industry, retailers and those related.
This should be a point for us to understand that food is a primary need no matter how another need is magnanimous

Glycogen is responsible for the production of energy needed by the brain and after six hours they start running out then the body enters ketosis, a process whereby the body breaks down excess fat for energy but unfortunately, the brain can't depend on this and become unsatisfied after 72 hours.
As ketone starts running out, the cognitive function becomes impaired.
The body will now try to breakdown the protein present and use the amino acid for glucose production.
The breakdown continues and death might occur after three
weeks if the victim doesn't get
sick (immune system malfunctioning).
Here is the point, you don't actually become dead immediately you stop eating good food. It is a gradual process.
The drawback of seeing food in its microscopic view has caused a gradual death for most people with great vision.
The nonchalant attitude about food consumption is not suddenly seen apart from the quench of hunger, even if takes some minutes before food consumption has an effect on hunger.
When food is not viewed as something BIG(macroscopic) in any man's vision it causes the loss of established knowledge for fulfilling the vision, just as the body makes use of fat and protein which it ought not to and gradually exhaust them till they become zero.

It is a common saying that "You are what you eat" pondering on this quote, cause some questions like;
Does food make humans?
Does eating anyhow makes me somehow? What's the implication of non-nutritious food?
The following case study will answer the questions.
Consider a young ambitious man desiring to spend quarter and half of the day so as to be the best in his future ambition
and because of the fixed day, he couldn't find a time to prepare a delicious meal for himself or consider cooking as a waste of time, because of hunger (and not for vision) he opts in for junks and this process continues looping for a certain time. When the man has been prepared fully for his vision then the effect of eating junks results (Most junks is a composition of loads of sugar, calories, and fats in which they contribute to obesity and can cause many medical issues like diabetes, joint pain, and heart diseases), due to much accumulation of bad diet as a result of junk, the man couldn't withstand the diseases and eventually kicked the bucket(died). West Africa like I am, would probably say he was killed by spiritual incantations because he is at the point of fulfilling. But the fact is that ignorance kills faster than anything.

Furthermore, viewing food in its macroscopic form is a vision reinforcer.
Food sustain, energize, equip you for your vision.
Personally, I do wonder at times when people get sick and ask the rhetorical question- Did this person prepare for this ailment? The answer has always been NO, whereas in his/her own planned pursuit the time to be treated and to get better will have a negative impact on the plan. The medical personnel in most cases will offer drugs for the cure, and what I've known about drugs is that they are usually come with their side effects BUT considering a person suffering from a kidney stone, and has suffered many medications whereas drinking enough of water is a cure to some extent, but because of viewing food microscopically he ignores the solution, even the ailment might be caused as a result of inadequate drinking of water.
Here is the point, instead of viewing food as the enemy, we should view food as a way to create health and reduce disease by helping the body maintain function. This shows that there's power in nutrition.
If you won't view food from the bigger end, think about a condition called craving, it occurs when our body is trying to force us to consume the nutrient it needs, but because of the unbalanced diet it couldn't get the right nutrient it needs from all the food consumed, the intelligence is dampened and it takes any other nutrient generally available. Craving has been knowing for many atrocities
If you are planning on living the best life of macroscopic food
-Eat a balanced diet
-Reduce junks
-Don't skip diet time especially breakfast
-Eat less processed food and more raw consumable food
-Consume less food containing trans fat,
- Avoid food preserved for a long time etc.
Remember, Food in macroscopic view is seeing food as the sustainer for a bright vision.
