   Fish oil is a fatty oil dietary supplement obtained from the livers of various fish such as mackerel, tuna, trout, sardines, and salmon. It usually contains some vitamin A and vitamin D.

   Fish oil benefits comes  from courtesy of its high levels of two omega 3 essential fatty acids and they are the most vital components in fish oil that cannot be made in the body but must be consumed through diet which are Docosa hexaenoic  acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
