Eggs are oval in shape and most nutritious food in the world. Eggs is a good source of high quality of protein, vitamin(B2, D, B6,B12) and minerals ( zinc, iron, and copper). It also contains various trace of nutrients that are important for health. In many parts of the worlds,eggs are inexpensive food,easy to cook and readily available.


Eggs can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner which can either be fried, baked, scrambled, boiled or poached. Eggs has been eaten by people for years, we must commonly think of chicken eggs as being edible and the main egg we eat in our diet whereas, there are many other types of edible eggs with varying nutrition and taste such as duck egg, Turkey egg, Goose egg, Quail egg, Pheasant egg, which are having all the essential nutrition in keeping our body healthy.
