Coconut flesh is highly nutrious and rich in fibre, vitC, vitE, B1, B3, B5, B6 and mineral include iron,selenium, sodium,calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, however coconut is good for our skin. Coconut is one of those food that is helpful with weight loss.
Now we will be emphasising on coconut water which seems worthless in our eyes.
